Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fellowship
Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Detroit Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine EMS fellowship is an ACGME accredited one-year program resulting in EMS subspecialty board eligibility.
WSU Department of Emergency Medicine has a fully mature training and research program with 4 affiliated residencies in the City of Detroit and long history of EM and EMS leadership.
Salary and Benefits
The EMS fellow is paid as PGY-4 with full benefits by the WSU/Detroit Medical Center GME. Clinical time is paid hourly as an attending and employee of Medical Center Emergency Services, EM practice plan for the Detroit Medical Center.
