The medical education fellow can expect to get broad exposure to all aspects of medical education and one-on-one attention from program leadership. The medical education fellowship can be tailored to the fellow's specific areas of interest. The fellow will have access to one of the largest departments of emergency medicine with 2 residency programs and a medical school with roughly 300 students per graduating class. This will give the fellow ample opportunity to work with learners and develop skills in teaching, assessment, research, and program evaluation, to name a few.
