Shadowing

Shadowing is one of the great benefits of being a part of EMIG. We have established some great connections with local hospitals and doctors allowing students to get first-hand experience in some of the busiest ERs in the country. Below is a list of shadowing sites and how to make arrangements with each facility.

  • Please plan to stay at least 2 hours (you may stay as long as you like).
  • Dress attire or scrubs are required. All students must wear their white coat and have WSU ID. All sites reserve the right to refuse or cancel shadowing opportunities as well as the right to ask students to leave.
  • There are student maximums at each site. Because of this, your desired date and time may not be available.

Note: There are special instructions for Henry Ford. Please pay close attention when scheduling.
